Is your child waking up multiple times per night?
Are you spending more and more time getting them to settle and fall asleep each night?
Have you developed methods of getting them to sleep that are no longer working or that you know are not sustainable?
-Babies are typically able to self soothe by about 4 months old. Â This is the best time to start good habits that you can continue into their childhood. Â If you have an older child, don't worry. Â There is still hope!! Â With some adjustments, patients and discipline (on your part) we can get you back on track.
Better sleep will result in a happier and more enjoyable child and a happier and more enjoyable you!
